Taking care of your mind as well as your body is essential while staying at home because of coronavirus (COVID-19).

Staying at home may be challenging but remember that you are helping to protect yourself and others by doing so. You may feel anxious, worried or concerned about your finances, your health or those close to you. Please remember that this situation is temporary and, for most of us, these feelings will pass.

Many individuals have lost their jobs as a result of the coronavirus. You may be worried about work and your financial situation while you have to stay home – these issues can have a big impact on your mental health. To support you through these challenging times, PBIC can help. Part of our offer is free, bilingual career advice delivered under National Career Service.
