ESOL – English for Speakers of Other Languages

Our ESOL courses are for individuals who want to live in the UK, but English is not their first language. It helps to develop the four foundational skills (listening, reading, writing and speaking) with relevant topics about life in the UK. In addition, students complete an AQA accredited British Value module for which they receive a certificate on completion.

Life in the UK Test Preparation

We offer courses to help you prepare for the “Life in the UK” test. The course covers all the key areas that are included in the test and helps students to familiarise themselves with the format of the official test. This course is only available for individuals who are at least at an intermediate level because of the content. *Although the course itself is free there is a £50 fee to take the test.

IELTs Preparation

We offer courses which help prepare for the “International English Language Testing System” (IELTS). IELTS is an internationally recognised test which can be used as a qualification with immigration authorities, professional bodies, when applying for British citizenship or to British universities. *Although the course itself is free there is a £50 fee which needs to be paid to the examination body.

Once registered, a member of our team will be in touch and you will be asked to attend an initial advice session, fill in an application form and complete a placement test.
